From the Shepherd’s Desk:
Today, I welcome you to visit our Christian outreach ministries.
I am pleased to promote this collaborative agenda between Forrest Memorial Christian Center C.O.G.I.C, Forrest Fire Ministries (a ministry of helps), and Forrest and Associates, a 501(c)(3) public charity.
Our vision, mission, goals, and objectives, with measurable outcomes, is to provide food, clothing, emergency temporary housing services, referrals, as well as advocacy in the areas of housing, employment and education disparities to those that reside on the plummeting socio-economic margins in society. We advance our agenda without regard to race, sex, religion, national, origin, age, familial status or disability.
Our cause is just, and our outcome is sure, as we promulgate the teachings of Jesus Christ, as the absolute and final remedy for fallen humanities redemption. We encourage you to donate today, and pass it along to your friends and family, as we solicit your help in continuing the efforts to reduce poverty in East Contra Costa County.
Yours in Christ,
The Late Rev. B. J. Forrest, Ph. D.
